Our Delivery Package is available for $599 and includes:

Please keep in mind, if a crane is required for delivery, it is not covered in this package.

Delivery Package

Spa Max has a professional delivery crew with over 25 years of experience, ensuring that your spa will be securely transported and delivered to your home. We will also hook it up if all requirements are met. Below is a list of our requirements:

• A clear path must be at least 42 inches wide for spas that are 40.5 inches tall.
• A minimum height clearance of 104 inches is required for spas that are up to 93 inches wide and 93 inches tall when laid on their side, plus the height of the dollies.
• Electrical connections must be ready. This means there should be four wires available, a minimum of 6AWG, with flexible conduit. It is the spa owner's responsibility to provide sufficient wire and conduit that are already connected to the appropriate GFCI 50 AMP circuit.

What Spa Max Does NOT Provide:

• Spa Max does not supply wires, conduit, fittings, or breakers needed to complete the electrical job.
• Spa Max does not make store runs to purchase last-minute electrical components to finish the installation.
• Spa Max will not return at a later date to connect the spa if the electrical setup is not ready at the time of delivery.
  

Preparing for Hot Tub Delivery

To begin the delivery process, please check the side of your house. The opening through which we will bring in the hot tub should be at least as wide as the height of the spa, as we typically transport the spa on its side. If we cannot fit the spa through this opening, we will need to employ a crane for delivery.

Need a Crane?

If a crane is necessary, the customer will need to pay the crane operator directly. Spa Max will handle all the scheduling and preparations for the crane to facilitate your hot tub delivery. However, in most cases, a crane will not be required. For your reference, we have a video demonstrating how our crane delivery is conducted.

Warranty Information

At Spa Max, we offer a warranty on all of our hot tubs, ranging from our brand-name spas to our refurbished models. Our warranties last between 6 months and 5 to 10 years, depending on the specific make and model of the hot tub. They cover various aspects, including parts, cabinet repairs, labor, and more.
